About Us
Decision Insight Inc. is a private, independent consultancy owned and operated by the Patricia Duarte, CEO & Principal Consultant. Based outside Boston, Massachusetts we serve client organizations in New England, and other parts of the US and Canada. Our clients include small businesses, divisions of large corporations, medium size companies, and not-for-profit organizations.

Patricia D. Duarte, Principal Consultant, over 25 years experience in corporate HR providing expertise in human capital and organization management. In 2003, founded Decision Insight, Inc. a consulting practice providing expertise, tools and methods for building and strengthening performance in organizations.

  • Former Board Director of an internet software company in Toronto, Canada
  • Expanded consulting practice to the public sector providing executive and organizational transition services for non-profit agencies in throughout New England.
